We really hope you are happy with you purchase but if not you can return it within 30 days of purchase provided you have valid proof of purchase. Please note after 30 days we can not accept returns.

You will need to send your purchase back unworn in the original, resaleable packaging. Return postage to be covered by purchaser.

Please note earrings cannot be refunded but can be exchanged like for like if faulty within 30 days.

Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. Once earrings have been purchased and worn, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new, unworn earrings, free from any potential contamination.

Quality Assurance: Before leaving us, all earrings are hand packed and undergo thorough quality checks to ensure they meet our stringent standards. We take every measure to ensure that your earrings arrive in perfect condition, ready for wear. If you earrings our faulty we will exchange like for like.

Exclusions: This policy applies specifically to earrings. All other products are subject to our standard return and exchange policy, as outlined above.
